Ravel Therapies was founded by Sunil Mulay and Stella Constantinou as a culmination of their passion for helping people improve their health and well being, providing advanced remedial massage, Bowen therapy, musculoskeletal therapy, kinesiology and much more

Growing up in the countryside in India, Sunil’s interest in fitness, martial arts, massage, and spirituality began in his early teens, while Stella’s interest in alternative health, diet and lifestyle culminated in her late-twenties, when her own personal health challenges led her to discover and subsequently train in the art and science of Kinesiology.

At Ravel Therapies, we run our business to the highest ethical and professional standards. Our therapists are fully qualified, and registered with the relevant professional associations. Our uniqueness is in our level of skill and expertise, and our personal, caring service.

Our Vision is to empower and guide people toward achieving their optimum health and well-being. We believe in being proactive rather than reactive with our health, and in doing so, allowing our bodies to be their best and avoid dis-ease in the first place.

For example, although our remedial massage clients usually come in to address an injury or chronic issue, once they are better, most of them see the benefit in continuing to improve their body mechanics and neurological function in order to prevent future injury.

Similarly, our Kinesiologist can help support you through your daily choices and life challenges, so that you can be your best given your life’s circumstances.

Our goal is to help empower you to achieve optimum well being. We do this by cultivating a relationship based on partnership rather than dependency, where your efforts are as important as our therapy in creating lasting results.

We focus on the best outcome for YOU, working where required alongside other practitioners such as doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, naturopaths and acupuncturists, among others. We work with you, as your health care partners, providing any assistance we can until your issues are resolved.

The word “ravel” has a dual meaning. It can have the same meaning as the word “unravel”, used to mean “untwist”, “unwind” or “solve”, but can also mean the exact opposite ie. “put together” or “wrap up”.

At Ravel Therapies, our practitioners work with you to unravel the underlying issues, whether by physically unwinding the tissues in your body, or by bringing greater awareness to your mind, and then ravel you back together in a more harmonised state!
